Acclaim Accreditation is a health and safety scheme developed by Capita Property & Infrastructure (Formerly Capita Symonds). It is assessed by an expert team of trained and experienced assessors.
Members that choose not to have the health & safety assessment, will still be required to complete the questionnaire so buyers are able to view responses and supporting documentation or upload a valid SSIP certificate.
Our questions are based on Appendix 4 of the Approved Code of Practice for the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.
