Who are we working with?
We have been working closely with a number of leading
organisations in the e-Procurement arena. Although
we do not endorse one particular organisation we have
bought you details of all the organisations we are working
with below. Please click on the logos to visit their
individual websites.
BiP Solutions
Europe’s
leading provider of public sector procurement solutions
BiP Solutions is able to offer both public sector buyers
and private sector suppliers access to probably the world’s
largest database of current open contract opportunities.
Over 500 UK government organisations use BiP’s internet
solutions to create and manage their contract information.
BiP Solutions is able to offer e-tendering tools that
suit the needs of both the public sector buying community:
www.delta-ets.com
and private sector suppliers aiming to engage in the public
sector contract opportunities marketplace: www.tendermatch.com.
With over 20 years’ experience in disseminating
public sector contract information BiP Solutions
is also able to offer marketing-leading consultancy services:
www.bipsolutions.com/pass
and related exhibitions and events: www.bipsolutions.com/events
that suit both buyers and suppliers.
EGS and IDeA

EGS develop leading electronic marketplaces for the pubic
sector including the IDeA:marketplace for local authorities,
Bluelight for police and Unity for higher education.
These are operated as three interconnected electronic
marketplaces linking over 100 public sector buying organisations
with some 25,000 registered suppliers across the country.
Supply2.gov.uk
Supply2.gov.uk
is a government-backed portal designed to give companies
easy access to lower-value public sector contract opportunities,
typically worth under £100,000. Suppliers, including
small firms, start ups & social enterprises can access
the portal to find information on central & local government
opportunities.
Government and Supply2Gov advise public sector buyers
to use Constructionline pre-qualified suppliers for construction
related contracts due to the complex nature of construction
procurement. The OJEU threshold for construction
is below £3.8 million, therefore, the use of accredited
suppliers is recommended for both low and high value contracts.
As a result, both the Constructionline and Supply2.gov.uk
IT infrastructures have been developed to enable users
to move seamlessly between the two services.
@UK Plc
@UK PLC has a vision of connecting all the buyers and
sellers in the United Kingdom electronically –hence
its name. By creating a network directly linking the financial
systems of bodies such as local authorities, hospitals,
schools, large corporations etc to their suppliers, @UK
allows buying and selling to take place with no paperwork
and no chance of transposition errors. Their network accommodates
thousands of suppliers of every size, from huge multinationals
such as RS Components, Office and Dell to “one man
band” window cleaners and plumbers; and it is growing
daily. Even the smallest suppliers can both accept electronic
orders and more importantly raise electronic invoices
for all their customers.
