When speaking to buyers, remember to find out:

  • How their procurement process works, i.e. do they trade electronically, what quality assurance standards they expect, and where they advertise contracts
  • Which main contractors are responsible for their supply chain and what their contact details are
  • When their framework expires and what you need to do to be considered for their new one
  • How you can get on their approved list
