Construction News Awards 2016

Constructionline attends the Construction News Awards 2016 to celebrate excellence in the industry

Widely regarded as the most prestigious and coveted awards in the UK construction industry, the annual Construction News Awards offer the chance for businesses to celebrate outstanding achievements and best practice.

This year, Construction News held its 20th anniversary awards on 14th July at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. To demonstrate our pride in the industry, Constructionline sponsored the Contractor of the year award, which we were very pleased to hand to Mace Group.

Constructionline’s Main Contractor Advisory Group, including VINCI Construction, Bouygues UK, Kier Group, VolkerWessels and Hill, was nominated in the category for Supply Chain Excellence. This was a fantastic acknowledgement of our partnership with these companies, which has seen a combined saving in excess of £25 million a year across their supply chains.

John Edmunds our managing director of Constructionline who attended the ceremony told us: “A Construction News award is a well-recognised badge of excellence amongst peers and clients alike, to be nominated amongst a category of leaders who are blazing the trail for the whole industry was an honour and a big well done goes out to ProCure21+ for winning of the award.”
