ITC has been successfully building great spaces since 1992. As a leading contractor, our team of dedicated professionals specialise in interior refurbishment and fit-out projects. Our work spans across commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, leisure, transport, hospitality and public sectors.
We deliver projects ranging in value from £500k-£12m. We mainly work across London and the South-East, but often find ourselves further afield.
We want our clients to have an exceptional experience working with us, and we aim to provide the best people, the best contractors, the best value and the best outcomes.
Supply chain management is a key consideration on our projects. All our suppliers and subcontractors must prequalify to ensure they meet our minimum standards.
ITC requires all sub-contractor partners to have Constructionline Silver membership which provides a widely recognised accreditation for PAS 91 and the Common Assessment Standard.
Constructionline helps us to identify suitable sub-contractors for tender opportunities and PQQ’s with an industry standard set of questions, all in one easy to use platform, which saves us time and avoids duplication.

We will require all of our subcontractors to be a verified Constructionline Silver member (or above) and to have a current SSiP Certification, for inclusion on our approved core Sub-Contractor list.
If you’re not yet a Constructionline member, you can sign up for Silver Membership using the button below. Alternatively, if you are an existing member of Constructionline and have either: Constructionline Associate or Bronze Membership, you can upgrade to Silver membership by logging in to your profile and selecting ‘Manage account‘ from the left-hand menu.
In addition, all Silver members are assessed for SSIP. Our Acclaim team is accredited to assess and award ‘Deem to Satisfy’ SSIP certificates for health and safety – something that all construction buyers look for in supplier selection.
If you’re currently verified to Constructionline Silver Membership or above, no further action is required.
Register for the Constructionline membership level our partner has directed you to, or the membership level that best fits your company profile. During registration you’ll need to supply the sign-up code you were given in your letter or email communication. Existing Constructionline members will need to upgrade to the appropriate membership level as directed. By joining Constructionline you’ll become part of a 46,000 strong community of like-minded Suppliers. Representing over a quarter of the industry, Constructionline is the UK’s most connected and progressive provider of procurement and supply chain management services.
After you register as a Constructionline member, you’ll receive an email from Constructionline confirming your registration and login details. Once you’re registered, login to the Constructionline portal and ensure that your profile is complete and up to date across all of the appropriate sections.
Constructionline will carry out an assessment of your completed profile. We will let you know if anything requires any updates and assist you through the verification process.
