Our business is built on partnerships. Partnerships with Registered Providers, subcontractors and Constructionline. Compliance is important to us, and that’s why we’ve teamed up with Constructionline to deliver this for us. To work on a Lane End scheme we require that commitment from you.
We would like to invite you to complete our assessment process for inclusion on our approved suppliers list. Once you are in our business, we hope to be working with you for a long time. We expect a quality job, working alongside quality subcontractors.
We’ve worked with a cross section of Registered Providers in the North West to provide much needed houses for hundreds of customers. Up and until the end of 2020 we had completed 25 projects in areas such as Merseyside, Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire.
More recently, we reached a milestone of building over 1,000 homes across the North West. We’ve got a pipeline in place which takes us up to 2030 and our team are working on several other new jobs to extend that further.

We now require our sub-contractors to become verified members of Constructionline at Gold Member with an SSIP accreditation. This has always been our golden rule and will remain so. There are rare occasions when this may not be the case and we would accept SILVER, with the promise from company directors to be GOLD within a 6-12 month period.
That is held at the discretion of the Lane End Construction Director. All our Quantity Surveyors are well aware of our procedures and please do expect this conversation with them.
If you’re not yet a Constructionline member, you can sign up for Gold Membership using the button below. Alternatively, if you are an existing member of Constructionline and have either: Constructionline Associate, Bronze or Silver Membership, you can upgrade to Gold membership by logging in to your profile and selecting ‘Manage account‘ from the left-hand menu.
In addition, all Gold members are assessed for SSIP. Our Acclaim team is accredited to assess and award ‘Deem to Satisfy’ SSIP certificates for health and safety – something that all construction buyers look for in supplier selection.
If you’re currently verified to Constructionline Gold Membership or above, no further action is required.
Register for the Constructionline membership level our partner has directed you to, or the membership level that best fits your company profile. During registration you’ll need to supply the sign-up code you were given in your letter or email communication. Existing Constructionline members will need to upgrade to the appropriate membership level as directed. By joining Constructionline you’ll become part of a 46,000 strong community of like-minded Suppliers. Representing over a quarter of the industry, Constructionline is the UK’s most connected and progressive provider of procurement and supply chain management services.
After you register as a Constructionline member, you’ll receive an email from Constructionline confirming your registration and login details. Once you’re registered, login to the Constructionline portal and ensure that your profile is complete and up to date across all of the appropriate sections.
Constructionline will carry out an assessment of your completed profile. We will let you know if anything requires any updates and assist you through the verification process.
