MYSHON aims to support independent living for vulnerable adults, who have acute mental health, severe learning difficulties, alcoholism, drug addiction and physical disabilities: all within a domestic environment embedded into local communities in order to promote their independence, understanding that everyone is individual and may need tailored support.
The properties we look after often have special adaptions, depending on the tenants specific needs and which provide a base from which local authorities can give care and support in a non-institutional environment.
We are a responsible business. As such, we regularly demonstrate compliance with aspects of quality, environmental and health & safety. Our processes guarantee that our supply chain also complies with the same industry standards to be part of our procurement arrangements.
Myshon strives to grow our positive working relationships with our supply chain continually, thus offering our clients quality services.
Motivated by our ambition to adopt a standard, industry-recognised approach to improve our pre-qualification process’s efficiency, Myshon has partnered with Constructionline as our external pre-qualification provider.
Myshon has chosen to partner with Constructionline as our preferred pre-qualification check service, which satisfies Myshon’s requirements for our supply chain’s vetting before engagement. This enables us to deliver high-quality projects with a compliant and sustainable supply chain.
As a minimum, it is our belief that all our supply chain partners achieve Constructionline Silver. If you are a materials supplier, you will be asked to complete the Material Supplier question set.
We now require our sub-contractors to become verified members of Constructionline at Silver Member Level with an SSIP accreditation, such as Acclaim accreditation.
If you’re not yet a Constructionline member, you can sign up for Silver Membership or, if you are an existing member of Constructionline and have an Associate Membership, you can upgrade to Silver membership by logging in to your profile and selecting ‘Manage account‘ from the left-hand menu.
In addition, all Silver members are assessed for SSIP. Our Acclaim team is accredited to assess and award ‘Deem to Satisfy’ SSIP certificates for health and safety – something that all construction buyers look for in supplier selection.
If you’re currently verified to Constructionline Silver Membership or above, no further action is required.

Register for the Constructionline membership level our partner has directed you to, or the membership level that best fits your company profile. During registration you’ll need to supply the sign-up code you were given in your letter or email communication. Existing Constructionline members will need to upgrade to the appropriate membership level as directed. By joining Constructionline you’ll become part of a 46,000 strong community of likeminded Suppliers. Representing over a quarter of the industry, Constructionline is the UK’s most connected and progressive provider of procurement and supply chain management services.
After you register as a Constructionline member, you’ll receive an email from Constructionline confirming your registration and login details. Once you’re registered, login to the Constructionline portal and ensure that your profile is complete and up to date across all of the appropriate sections.
<h2>Assessment & Verification</h2> Constructionline will carry out an assessment of your completed profile within 5 working days of your application and submission for Key Account Suppliers or 10 working days for standard Suppliers. We will let you know if anything requires any updates and assist you through the verification process.
