Lancashire County Council have partnered with Constructionline to deliver an industry leading Dynamic Purchasing System
Lancashire County Council delivers a wide range of services including education, youth services, social care, highway maintenance, public transport support, waste disposal, libraries, museums, countryside services, consumer protection and many more.
Lancashire County Council is the fourth largest Local Authority in England and Wales and employs approximately 35,000 staff. It serves a population of 1.1 million which is rich in cultural diversity, and covers an area of 3,070 sq. km.
Highway works and services are carried out by Lancashire County Councils’ in-house contracting organisation, Highway Services. Lancashire Highway Services provides a countywide service for the construction and maintenance of highways, bridges, lighting and associated civil engineering works, including carriageway and footpath construction, drainage, roadlining, signing, gully emptying, environmental and grounds maintenance works, plus an extensive winter maintenance and emergency response service for snow, ice, floods, gale damage, traffic accidents etc. The majority of work undertaken is for the authority but work is also secured via tenders and negotiations with other public bodies and private companies.
Register for the DPS scheme or schemes you’re interested in or that best fit your company profile or the scheme or schemes our partner has directed you to. During registration you’ll need to supply your Constructionline registration number and the work categories you’re interested in. Existing Constructionline members will already know their registration number. If you’re not yet a Constructionline member, you’ll be given the option to signup as a full member and enjoy all the benefits or signup as an associate member at no cost.
After you register your interest in one of our DPS schemes, you’ll receive an email from Constructionline confirming we’ve received your application. Once you’re signed up and registered, login to the Constructionline portal and ensure that your profile is complete and up to date across all of the PAS91 sections and that you’ve submitted valid up to date references for all of the DPS work categories that you’ve registered for.
Constructionline will carry out an assessment of your DPS application and completed Constructionline profile within 10 working days of your application and submission. We will let you know if anything requires any updates and assist you through the verification process. After which, the client running the DPS scheme in partnership with Constructionline will be in touch to let you know if you’ve been successful or not in your DPS application and will inform you of the next steps.
