Gaining Entry
You will need the app to be able enter Constructionline’s Meet The Buyer event.
The app will allow buyers to scan your details, so they can contact you after the event.
You can find all the details you need ahead of the event, including a map.
We will send notifications instantly to your phone on the day, to keep you informed.
Search for ‘Constructionline Events’ on your mobile device on either the App Store or Google Play to get ready for our Meet the Buyer Event in less than 10 minutes. Our app is required for admission to every Meet the Buyer Event this year, so be sure to download it ahead of time to avoid waiting.
Search ‘Constructionline Events’ on the App Store or Google Play.
Once downloaded, open the app and enter your email address.
When you click to continue, an email will be sent to you.
Click the continue button in the email to log in.
Take a look around and make sure you have completed your details!
It is important your details are correct as these will be shared with exhibitors you allow to scan your QR code.
Click the profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
Select the settings cog, in the top left of your screen.
Complete your details.
When you arrive at the event, we will ask you to scan your QR code to check you in. This will also be thr code you will share with exhibitors so they are able to keep your details.

Click the 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner of the home screen of the app.

Click the QR code button in the bottom right corner of the menu screen.

To get others to scan you, use the ‘my code’ option at the top.
The Constructionline events app includes many features including:
The location of the Meet the Buyer you will be attending and a link to google maps for directions so that you have everything you need on the day.
Some Meet the Buyer events this year will include free seminars for you to attend. The app will notify you when they are being held and give you more information.
Need a reminder of all the exhibitors in attendance? It’s all in the app, in the exhibitor section, you will find a list of exhibitors and their information.
Need an easier way to get to our social media? Our social media section which has links to all of our social media where you can share and like content from the day.
We will send you notifications through the app so you can be up to-to-date with the event information.
Caught on camera? If you took any photos the day you’d be happy for us to use and share you can now add these to the photo gallery.
Don’t get caught out at the registration desk. Please download our app ahead of time to avoid queues, get the most out of the event and most importantly make it easier on you during the day. We look forward to seeing you then.
The confirmation email may have landed in your ‘Other’ inbox or ‘Junk’ inbox. If you have checked these and you still can’t find the email, please contact our events team.
If you have entered the correct email and the app doesn’t accept it, then you may not have been given app permissions just yet.
Once you have received the app invitation, you will need to log in to the app to verify your email and complete your details. Feel free to use our handy how-to webpage to help you get to know the app ahead of the event.
We aim to have invited all attendees by the Friday before each event.
If you can’t remember which email you used to register or are still having issues, please contact our events team.
The team use the email address you provide when registering for the event, to give you access to our app. If you have entered the correct email and it doesn’t accept it, then you may not have been given app permissions just yet.
You will only be able to see any events that will be taking place in the next month within the app. We aim to have invited all attendees by the Friday before each event.
If the upcoming event is not visible to you, this may be because the team are still working to give you access to the app. If you have received the email from ‘invitations@guidebook.com‘, please follow some steps below:

We ask all attendees to ensure they are registered individually to attend our events, so if they’re not already, please ask your colleagues to register and download the app too.
