You asked, we listened: New improvements to our verification process

We are pleased to inform you of two important changes we’ve made to the way we prioritise our verifications.


As a Constructionline member, your verified status is a valuable asset. It makes sure you get access to tender opportunities and secure the contracts your business needs. Unfortunately, in the past, checking and maintaining your verification status could sometimes create an extra headache for your business.

You asked, we listened.

Our supplier network has let us know that maintaining an uninterrupted verification status is important but not always as straightforward as it should be, and we took this feedback seriously when we were creating our new platform.


We will review any submission containing an insurance requirement within 1 working day.

We know that insurance providers don’t usually deliver new policy details until the date of renewal. This means that you will typically have a short period between the old policy lapsing and the new one being verified, which can be frustrating. So from now on, not only will we provide you with a 30-day email notification of insurance expiration dates, but we’ll also promise to prioritise the reviewing of insurance renewals, so they’re completed within one working day.

When re-submitting the same requirement within 7 calendar days, we will prioritise and review your request within 1 working day.

In the case that you need to resubmit your request because of missing or incorrect details, we promise to get it reviewed within one working day if resubmitted within seven days. This means that our team will get in touch to offer the help and advice you need to get your re-submission sorted and verified – so you’re never waiting longer than you need to for your status to be reinstated.
