As a result of our customer feedback, we regularly update the Constructionline and Facilitiesline platform to help you get the most out of your membership and find new business. Please find this month’s updates below. Marketplace PUBLISH changes We are introducing a number of features into Marketplace Publish which will support Buyers in their efforts to maximise and demonstrate a commitment to supporting the ‘Local Pound’.Filter by Office Type – Allows a Buyer to select between Head and Branch offices when they are looking to maximise benefit to the local economy – the ‘Local Pound’. A Head office located close to a project will ensure more of the money spent flows back into the local economy and is often an important consideration for Main Contractors when bidding for tenders.Find suppliers by Area/Region – Offers a more accurate way for a Buyer to select suppliers that have a presence in a specific area, such as a county, as an alternative to within a radius of a project location – supports the ‘Local Pound’.
