The new General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) takes effect from 25th May 2018 and businesses are required to ensure that appropriate revised contractual provisions are in place to provide for the parties’ obligations under the new regulations as well as an updated Privacy Notice. Such revised documents will ensure that we can continue to provide our ongoing services to you without disruption. We wish to ensure a smooth transition to operating under the new regulations and therefore attach a link to our updated Terms of Business and our Privacy Notice. Please note that the changes to our Terms of Business are at clause 6. These revised documents will ensure that we can provide an ongoing level of data security which is legally compliant and of benefit to you and us. The changes made to these two documents will not alter the commercial arrangements already in place, other than as necessary to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation.
