On the 6th December, Constructionline is inviting sub-contractors in Northern Ireland to meet with Farrans Construction to discuss contracting opportunities for 2017.
The construction firm will be seeking suppliers for the new £25-30m South Lake Leisure Centre project at Craigavon.
The project will include; a 50m swimming pool, changing rooms, 250-person spectator gallery, eight court sports hall, 1000 square metre state-of-the-art gymnasium, dance studio, free cycling facility, squash courts and other leisure activities.
The project will establish a new local facility for the surrounding areas of Craigovan, Lurgan and Portadown while also serving wider catchment areas.
Fiona Graham, Strategic Account Lead from Constructionline comments: “Constructionline is running this event to connect local sub-contractors with procurement decision makers from Farrans Construction. This is an opportunity that may not otherwise have been available to them.
“We aim to give smaller businesses the best opportunity possible to discuss the scope of works available with the decision makers themselves, using a platform that also educates companies on how to tender for this project, and for future opportunities.”
Registration on the day will begin at 10.00am and presentations will begin at 10.15am. The event is free to attend. For more information and to register for the event, click here.
