Exciting updates made to our platform interface released!
On the ‘Invite Supplier’ app, you can request suppliers join the platform. For existing suppliers, you can invite them to upgrade their membership to your desired level.
We have made a few changes to make it quicker and easier for you to use, particularly when you are inviting a number of suppliers. The functionality to chase up and track supplier responses has also been enhanced.
Under ‘Supplier Details’, you can now search for a supplier on the platform and other external sources (Companies House and international equivalents) directly from this page.
Under ‘Segment Details’, once you select a pre-made segment, it will automatically determine the compliance policy required.
Under ‘Invitation Details’ there is now an option to write a personalised message. You also get copied on the email. Under ‘Send From’, you can now change who the invitation comes from.
Invitations will now include your company logo. This can be changed by hovering over the logo in the top left where a pencil will appear and you can add a new one.
The ‘Invited To’ column will display the name of the segment, as well as where in the platform the invite came from. This could be in Supply Chain or Projects.
The ‘Status Names’ have changed. There are four available.
There is a new panel for adding filters. In the ‘Add Filters’ section, you can now search by who created the invite.
