When you have been notified that your application for the DPS has been processed, you must review your profile information in the Buyer Connections section and resolve any issues identified.
You will need to provide a minimum of two contract examples for the category or categories selected above and obtain references to evidence your experience. One contract example can be used for more than one category. You can download the templates from the document pack (Part B – Annexes D and E), and complete this for each category you have selected.

In order for a Contractor to be fully approved for use, the MWDPS Agreement will need to have been signed by both the Contractor and the MoJ. Please indicate below (so that we can more effectively track applications) whether your signed Agreement:-

Note: The Signatory Sheet must be emailed to CCMD-MWDPS@justice.gov.uk. Without a signed MWDPS Signatory Sheet, you will not be invited to Call Off Competitions.

For MoJ DPS applicants please enter the code 1AQEZT when prompted in the ‘How did you hear about us?’ section for both new sign-up’s and upgrades to enable us to track your application and ensure you are added to the correct DPS.
To just register for the DPS, select Associate Member and you will gain access to all the forms you will need to complete for the DPS application process. You can upgrade to full membership via the Constructionline platform at any time.
