Why did your company choose to use Tender Management by Once For All? 

We chose to use Tender Management in order to gain more control of our tenders, as we previously issued enquiries via email. Tender Management allowed us to collate all our tender in the one place.

 

What value has it brought for your company? 

Tender Management has changed our tender enquiry process and offers another way to communicate with our subcontractors, allowing for easy communication, and has saved the estimating department a lot of time. 

 

On average, how much time have you saved during the tender enquiries process? 

Using Tender Management has saved around 50% of our time! 

 

With this time saved, what else have you managed to achieve? 

Saving time has allowed us to apply for more tenders, manage more jobs and we have less admin work to do. 

 

Have you used the ‘Publish to Network’ feature? 

We have used the Publish to Network feature and have had some responses that have led to more quotes, allowing better pricing for our tenders and has expanded our supply chain. 

 

What other key changes have you seen in your business/team since using Tender Management? 

Our supply chain has been built up and we have had access to better tender opportunities.
