How long does a bolt-on last?

Our bolt-ons co-terminate with your Constructionline membership. For example, if you add a bolt-on to your membership at sign-up, or during the renewal of your membership, your selected bolt-on will be active for 12 months, the length of your membership. If you’re an existing member and a bolt-on is added 3 months from the renewal it will last for 3 months.  You will only be charged for the time that the bolt-on is active.

What is the price of the two bolt-ons?

The price of Quicker is £199, and £499 for Concierge. This is applied pro-rata, therefore Concierge is less than £42/month and Quicker is less than £17/month.

For example, if you add Quicker to your membership at sign-up, or during the renewal of your membership, this will cost £199. If you’re an existing member and a Bolt-on is added with 3 months remaining on your membership, this will cost £49.75.

Who is eligible to purchase a bolt-on?

Our bolt-ons are available to our members who currently hold a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum membership.

Can I buy both bolt-ons?

Although possible, all the elements of quicker are included within Concierge, so we would recommend one or the other, depending on the service you require.

Is FastTrack no longer available?

FastTrack was a service provided to enable our customers to get a one-off verification completed more quickly. Quicker is the same service but allows for multiple verifications within the subscribed time period.

How do I purchase a bolt-on?

Log on to your platform and navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab, we have created a how-to video to help you to manage your account.

Our company has a few memberships, does one bolt-on cover all of them?

No, each bolt-on purchased will cover one Constructionline membership. For example, if you work for a large business that has multiple memberships across various divisions or locations, each member would need to have the selected bolt-on added.
