What is concierge?
Concierge is an additional service offered by Constructionline that helps you get verified and makes sure you stay completely verified 100% of the time.
What do you get?
You get a Constructionline verification expert who monitors your profile and proactively reaches out to you when items are due to expire. Any items you submit are reviewed within an hour.
How much does it cost?
£499 per year excl VAT. If you purchase mid-year, you will be charged a pro-rata amount.

Experts will help guide you through what you need to do to get verified and what documentation you need to provide as evidence.
Experts will keep an eye on your profile and proactively reach out to you by phone and email when any sections are due to expire
Concierge is there to make sure you always stay verified. It’s important because if any item in your profile expires, you will no longer be verified this means:

Our bolt-ons co-terminate with your Constructionline membership. For example, if you add a bolt-on to your membership at sign-up, or during the renewal of your membership, your selected bolt-on will be active for 12 months, the length of your membership. If you’re an existing member and a bolt-on is added 3 months from the renewal it will last for 3 months. You will only be charged for the time that the bolt-on is active.
Our bolt-ons are available to our members who currently hold a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum membership.

No, each bolt-on purchased will cover one Constructionline membership. For example, if you work for a large business that has multiple memberships across various divisions or locations, each member would need to have the selected bolt-on added.
