CHIC in partnership with Constructionline

A member owned procurement and asset management consortium, delivering efficiencies and social value for its members.

About CHIC

Communities & Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC) Ltd is a collaborative, not for profit, member owned and governed consortium that delivers compliant asset management and construction related procurement solutions, including commercial support to our members in partnership with the supply chain.

We secure savings for our members and are committed to the delivery of improved environmental outcomes and added social value through all that we do.

As long as the tendered category is relevant, CHIC will use this Category value (also known as notation value) on Constructionline platform to verify suppliers’ financial standing. This approach reduces the administrative burden of bidding and evaluation for both the supply chain partner and CHIC Ltd respectively.

Suppliers may choose to complete full CAS assessment via the CHIC eSourcing platform if they wish, but Constructionline Gold Membership would be of benefit to them if interested in tendering for opportunities across the multiple organisations and not just for CHIC alone.
