Our ‘Gold’ membership is demonstration of your high levels of quality and dedication to construction. Not only does it include questions around sustainability and social value, SSIP for health & safety and also the very latest version of the Common Assessment Standard (CAS), but it also includes a structured assessment around the Building Safety Act (BSA).
You will be aware from recent industry and news discussions about the increasing importance of quality and safety in all areas of builds in a post-Grenfell world. At Constructionline we can help you to do the due diligence to not only position your company in the best possible light as required by the new laws, but also to stand out from the crowd and win more projects.

Companies like United Infrastructure require the Common Assessment Standard (CAS) because it has become the UK construction industry’s unified, most widely recognised framework for supplier assurance—especially as regulations tighten under the Building Safety Act (BSA) and SSIP requirements become more stringent.
Our partnership with Once For All, and particularly our commitment to the Constructionline Common Assessment Standard at Gold and Platinum levels, is absolutely fundamental to how we operate as a responsible and forward‑thinking infrastructure business. These standards give us the confidence that every supplier in our network meets the highest benchmarks for competence, quality, and accountability—standards that are now more important than ever under the Building Safety Act.

United Infrastructure’s approach to compliance will be reflected in the type of work you are doing for us. You will receive communications to that effect however, to be assured of the highest level of compliance we aim to target a common assessment standard level, across our supply chain.

This change ensures compliance with new regulations and maintains high standards of quality and safety. With over 90% of our supply chain already using this platform, it will streamline processes for all suppliers.
To minimise disruption, we ask that you consider Constructionline when your insurance or key documents are up for renewal. Once you are accredited with the Gold level membership, please contact the United Infrastructure onboarding team to complete your onboarding journey.

Collaborating with Constructionline has allowed us to enhance our onboarding procedures and compliance to ensure that subcontractors working with United Infrastructure meet our minimum compliance standards, mitigating risk, and maximising available data.
To become a Constructionline Supplier, you will need to pay an upfront joining fee and an annual membership fee based on your turnover. Enter your details on the membership page to find out how much it will cost you to join Constructionline.
Our memberships now include an SSIP from Once For All Health & Safety SSIP, which gives you instant savings of up to 40% as it removes the need for you to pay for and be assessed by multiple health and safety and PQQ schemes.
You can show you meet the PAS 91 and Common Assessment Standard and pre-qualify across core modules required by Public and Private sector buyers. You can also demonstrate your professional standing with our Social Value certification.
By becoming a Constructionline Supplier, you’ll be verified not only to work with us but the rest of the Buyers that use Constructionline.
