Turnover How much money a company makes from selling goods/services during a year.
Profit Before Tax The earnings the company has before the government takes a share as taxes.
Net Worth The portion of the company’s assets that belong to its owners or shareholders.
Long Term Debt Money that a company borrows and must pay back over a longer time
Short Term Liabilities Money the company owes to others and must pay back within the year.
Fixed Assets Things the company owns that are used to run its business and are not meant to be sold quickly.
Current Assets Things the company owns that can be turned into cash relatively easily.
Cash The actual money they have, which can be used immediately to cover expenses.
Shareholders’ Funds The money left after paying what the company owes. This money belongs to the owners.
