Tender Management X-Ray: How does it work?

If you work in estimating and tendering for construction work, Tender Management’s X-Ray feature helps you to search through all tender documents and quickly find what you are looking for from specific items to contractual clauses, saving you time and dramatically reducing the time you spend reading through documents. With pressing deadlines and countless documents, it’s easy to miss things out.

Simply upload your tender documents and let Tender Management do the hard work for you.

Tender Management Gap Analysis: How does it work? 

Missed items at tender stage are one of the biggest risks of the whole tender process. Once For All’s Tender Management’s Gap Analysis feature can significantly reduce that risk.  

The Gap Analysis Feature looks very similar to the X-Ray feature, as it uses the same AI technology. The two features also work in conjunction, as you need to perform an X-Ray of all tender documents before you can run a Gap Analysis.

After running an X-Ray, you can upload a pricing document or Bill of Quantities (BoQ). Our Tender Management software will then essentially run an x-ray scan on the BoQ and deduct the results from the initial x-ray scan, leaving you with list of items that were found in the full tender pack but not in the BoQ.
