What is Marketplace Go?

Marketplace Go is the dedicated mobile app designed to keep your tender management process moving, even when you aren’t at your computer. Whether you are a registered Constructionline user or a guest invited to tender, Marketplace Go syncs seamlessly with your desktop account. It allows you to track progress, view critical details, and communicate with buyers instantly, ensuring you never miss a deadline or an update.

 Login to Marketplace Go

Getting started is simple. Just launch Marketplace Go from the home screen, enter your email address, make sure it’s registered or matches the email used for your ITT invitation, and tap “Login.”  

You’ll receive a 6-digit One Time Password in your inbox, enter it on the Verification Code screen and you’re in. If your details are correct, the app will open directly to your New Opportunities tab. 

You’ll stay securely logged in for 14 days, so there’s no need to reauthenticate unless you choose to log out in Settings.

View the detail of specific ITTs

Get full visibility of your tender opportunities in the palm of your hand. 

  1. Track progress: Easily navigate through tabs for New, Accepted, Quoted, and Declined ITTs.

    • All – Shows a list of all ITTs 
    • New – Shows those ITTs that have not yet been viewed 
    • Accepted – Shows those ITTs that a user or their organisation has accepted 
    • Quoted – shows those ITTs that the User/Organisation has quoted 
    • Declined – Shows those ITTs that have been declined 
    • Note: Submission of quotations are only possible via Desktop 

     

  2. Deep dive: Access comprehensive details for every opportunity, including project overviews, addendums, and essential attachments.

     

  3. Quick decisions: Accept or decline an Invitation to Tender immediately with a simple thumbs up or down.

Instant messaging

Communication is key to winning business. Marketplace Go keeps you connected to main contractors without the need for email chains. 

  • Respond quickly: Reply to main contractors messages the moment they arrive to keep the process moving. 
  • Be proactive: Initiate new message threads with main contractors to ask questions or clarify requirements. 
  • Organised threads: View your Inbox and Sent items grouped by conversation, ensuring you always have the full context.
