Read on to see when and where our next event will be… NEW Shortlisting & Awarding: Enhance Tender Visibility and Unlock Post-Tender Controls This new functionality allows project teams to clearly flag suppliers with Shortlisted and Awarded status directly within the tendering workflow. By formally designating these statuses, teams can: Improve Collaboration and Transparency: Ensure all stakeholders have real-time visibility into supplier selection progress, reducing ambiguity and fostering alignment across departments. Streamline Decision-Making: Clearly marked statuses help teams quickly identify preferred suppliers, accelerating evaluation, handover and approval processes. Enable Advanced Access Controls: For the suppliers that are shortlisted or awarded, the system allows you to select custom document access restrictions, such as locking down sensitive files after the return date—enhancing data security and compliance. Support Audit and Governance: Maintain a clear traceable record of supplier statuses with easily accessible statistics, aiding in post-project reviews and regulatory audits. This feature strengthens procurement governance while simplifying communication and control throughout the tendering process. NEW Estimated Work Package Value: Enhancing Supplier Engagement and Strengthening Audit Transparency This new capability introduces the ability to assign and view estimated values at the individual Work Package level. By breaking down the overall project value into clearly defined, package-specific estimates, project teams can: Drive Higher Subcontractor Engagement: Providing visibility into the financial scope of each Work Package empowers subcontractors to better assess opportunities, leading to more accurate bids and increased response rates. Improve Cost Transparency: Stakeholders gain a clearer understanding of how project value is distributed, supporting more informed decision-making throughout the procurement process. Enhance Audit Readiness: With granular value attribution, auditing becomes more straightforward and traceable, ensuring compliance and accountability at every stage of the project lifecycle. This feature not only streamlines supplier interactions but also reinforces financial governance and project control.
