Expression of interest in working with BAM FM

Overview

BAM FM are looking to engage and collaborate with a minor works focused supply chain, cultivating long term relationships, and supporting the minor works team in winning work, with full onsite project capabilities.

This collaborative approach will see the development of BAM FM Minor Works market sector and also energy-related works including decarbonisation or retrofit works, establishing from local to regional and potentially to a national focus.

Minor works is a part BAM FM providing support to FM contracts in undertaking construction projects that can be requested from the client. Minor Works also undertakes works directly for clients through their own client base and targeting of suitable opportunities.

BAM FM is part of BAM Construct but moving forward, BAM are looking to create one database that includes a supply chain of Constructionline Gold members, therefore by becoming a vendor to BAM FM Minor Works your business will also become a member of BAM Construct’s approved list.

Why Constructionline Gold Membership?

Gold Membership enables us to greatly increase the risk management of our supply chain by aligning it to an extended PQQ question set which goes beyond the existing PAS91. Verifying these areas will reduce the time it takes our Supply Chain Partners to complete the numerous supplier assessment / PQQ forms that are commonplace with the industry.

If you currently hold Constructionline Associate, Bronze or Silver membership, please log in to your profile and select ‘Manage Compliance’ from the left-hand menu and upgrade to Gold membership.
