Overview

VINCI Construction UK’ (‘VCUK’) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ‘VINCI PLC’ and is its principal operating company in the UK. Our principal activities include refurbishment and building contracting, civil engineering, structural engineering, facilities management and related services.

Within the ‘VCUK’ structure is ‘VINCI Facilities Building Solutions which provides property refurbishment to both public and private sector clients, enabling them to maximise the value of their assets and accurately access/manage their whole life costs.

VINCI Facilities Building Solutions has recognised growing opportunities in the market for retrofitting domestic properties to deliver ‘net carbon’ homes.

This includes discussions with:

  • Our existing social housing clients across the UK with whom we are having preliminary discussions about future pipelines of work
  • Specific tender opportunities such as the ‘Retrofit Accelerator for Homes: deep retrofit of domestic properties’ framework recently issued by the Greater London Authority (‘GLA’), that will provide a national vehicle to deliver improvements to domestic properties to make them more environmentally efficient. We are awaiting the tender documents for this national opportunity have passed the Selection Questionnaire (SQ)

We require PAS 2030 accredited supply chain partners who will:

  • Join and bolster our national supply chain
  • Support us in market testing for this pipeline of work
  • Able to work with us in London, South East, East Anglia and Midlands to provide the full array of works and services potentially required.

Please note that in order to be considered for future opportunities, your company is required to be verified at Constructionline’s Gold membership, at a minimum, have a valid Health and Safety accreditation from an SSIP scheme member, such as Constructionline’s Acclaim Accreditation, and hold a PAS 2030 accreditation (or in the process of gaining PAS 2030 accreditation.)

We require businesses that will commit to our ‘Values’ and ‘Behaviours’ above; and who will support us in the delivery of corporate social responsibility and social value for our clients.
