Not only does it include questions around sustainability and social value, SSIP for health & safety and also the very latest version of the Common Assessment Standard (CAS), but it also includes a structured assessment around the Building Safety Act (BSA).
You will be aware from recent industry and news discussions about the increasing importance of quality and safety in all areas of builds in a post-Grenfell world. Why Gold? Durkan Group, including our Refurb and Contracting business are looking for the Gold Common Assessment Standard level of accreditation, because of the type and nature of work we do for our clients. Meeting the Common Assessment Standard means we can be assured of the highest quality contractors to select from, and we are able to report directly from the Constructionline platform on many contractors at one time, on project or by risk level.

To minimise disruption, we ask that you switch to Constructionline when your insurance or key documents are up for renewal. As your credentials are due to expire soon, you must achieve Constructionline Gold certification within 60 days of this notice.
We recommend that you sign up as soon as possible to give you time to achieve a verified status prior to the deadline.

As a Constructionline Gold member, you will be unaffected by these changes and will be immediately added to our live supply chain on the platform.
However, you are required to remain a fully verified Constructionline Gold member, or you risk being removed from our supply chain.

You can store all your PQQ and SSIP data on the Constructionline platform, saving you from completing multiple PQQs every year. We’ve partnered with Constructionline because we want to make the onboarding process as straightforward and cost-effective as possible for our suppliers. Constructionline gives us and you a clear view of your accreditation status, so we can be sure that you’re ready to work with us at any time.
To become a Constructionline Supplier, you will need to pay an upfront joining fee and an annual membership fee based on your turnover. Enter your details on the membership page to find out how much it will cost you to join Constructionline.
Our memberships now include an SSIP from Once For All Health & Safety, which gives you instant savings of up to 40% as it removes the need for you to pay for and be assessed by multiple health and safety and PQQ schemes.
You can show you meet the PAS 91 and Common Assessment Standard and pre-qualify across core modules required by Public and Private sector buyers. You can also demonstrate your professional standing with our Social Value certification.
By becoming a Constructionline Supplier, you’ll be verified not only to work with us but the rest of the Buyers that use Constructionline.
