The VINCI Supply Chain pre-qualification process has been developed to ensure we work with a supply chain that supports our quality, safety and sustainability ambitions as well as meeting all legislative requirements.
Whilst VINCI has strategic partnerships with a number of large national suppliers, we also take steps to ensure that we engage with local suppliers and SMEs. We are fully aware and embrace our responsibilities to support the local economy and our duty to create jobs and improve people’s lives.

All new suppliers must go through our prequalification process to ensure they meet our standards before working on our projects. We have partnered with Constructionline as we believe their platform and membership scheme offers excellent compliance, financial and health and safety information and risk management at the click of a button.
Constructionline Gold is also compliant with the Build UK Common Assessment Standard and we can accept any Common Assessment Standard accreditation through the Constructionline platform.
Therefore, please join Constructionline at the Gold membership level with an SSIP or sign up with your Common Assessment Standard member number. This will allow us to keep a track through the process of you joining the scheme. Please note, this membership level must be kept up to date for the entire duration of your engagement with VINCI and you must also hold an SSIP.
Alternatively, if you are an existing member of Constructionline and have either: Constructionline Associate, Bronze or Silver Membership, you can upgrade to Gold membership by logging in to your profile and selecting ‘Review Membership‘ from the left-hand menu.
If you’re currently verified to Constructionline Gold or Platinum Membership or above and already have an SSIP, no further action is required.
We’ve partnered with Constructionline because we want to make the onboarding process as straightforward and cost-effective as possible for our suppliers. Constructionline gives us and you a clear view of your accreditation status, so we can be sure that you’re ready to work with us at any time.
To become a Constructionline Supplier, you will need to pay an upfront joining fee and an annual membership fee based on your turnover. Enter your details on the membership page to find out how much it will cost you to join Constructionline.
Our memberships now include an SSIP from Acclaim Accreditation, which gives you instant savings of up to 40% as it removes the need for you to pay for and be assessed by multiple health and safety and PQQ schemes.
You can show you meet the PAS 91 and Common Assessment Standard and pre-qualify across core modules required by Public and Private sector buyers. You can also demonstrate your professional standing with our Social Value certification.
By becoming a Constructionline Supplier, you’ll be verified not only to work with us but the rest of the Buyers that use Constructionline. You can connect with all of these Buyers through the Constructionline platform, giving you a better chance of winning new opportunities and growing your business.

Once you have registered, you’ll receive an email from Constructionline with your registration number and login details. Use this information to log in to the Constructionline platform and complete your profile and provide the relevant up to date documentation.
Constructionline’s experts will assess your completed profile, let you know if you need to provide any additional information and assist you throughout the verification process. Once your gold membership is verified you will meet VINCI’s prequalification standard and be ready to accept work from them.
