Risk Score History

This tab allows you to look at drops and rises in the financial health score, if you click on the dots we link to an event on Companies House, it may not be what caused the drop precisely but will give you an idea of what was happening with the firm when the drop occurred.

For example, the drop and rise at the beginning of 2023, their financials expired and then the rise they filed their accounts with Companies House, this tells me they moved into the threshold of late filing, if you remember the companies analysed when creating the health score, the greatest indicator of distress was late filing. But the score rose to just a little higher which tells me their financials are marginally better in 2022 than they were in 2021.
In the next image you will see where the cause and effect are very evident in the drop in score towards the end of 2022.
The company entered a voluntary strike off (VRSTK) a process where a company decides to remove its name from the official register and cease its legal existence. However, they did not cease to exist rather continued to trade, so we saw the score drop drastically in preparation for the end of the business, but then rises again as they continue trading.
