What is a Verified Constructionline profile? 

A Verified Constructionline profile means the information within your profile is up to date, with no outstanding tasks. This includes general profile information along with certificates, which show as in-date. 

Benefits: what’s included in a Verified profile? 

Having a Constructionline supplier membership is a plus, but having a completed, Verified profile is a bonus! 

When you obtain a Verified compliance membership, you can: 

• Pre-qualify for opportunities faster on the platform 
• Search through leads on our Opportunities Board 
• Exclusive partner discounts through our Once For All Perks programme 
• Use Market Intelligence to reach out to main contractors. Tell them you have a Verified profile, where they will be more likely to add you to their supply chain more likely to add you to their supply chain 

Having a ‘Verified’ profile also applies to our Facilitiesline and Material Supplier memberships. 

 

Why Main Contractors seek Verified supplier profiles 

If main contractors see you already have a Verified profile, they’ll be more likely to consider you for their supply chain and future projects, as it provides assurance they can work with trustworthy suppliers before they arrive on-site. 

A Verified profile also supports with: 

• Speeding up pre-qualification for projects 
• Showing your documents and profile information are up to date 
• Showing you meet industry standards as set by our PQQs: for example, a Verified Gold or Platinum membership shows you meet the Common Assessment Standard – now increasingly requested by more main contractors 

 

Tips to get a Verified status 

Here are some tips to getting a Verified status, so our UK-based team can review your submissions and avoid sending back clarifications: 

• Make sure your profile and information is up to date (Head to the Compliance tab to see if any actions are outstanding) 
• Upload certificates that are in date – have a member of your team keep an eye on when documents are going to expire 
• Don’t forget to get an SSIP certification! 
  • Don’t have one? Check out our Once For All Health & Safety SSIP certification 
  • Already have one? Choose the Deem to Satisy (DtS) option on your profile
