Public sources 

• Public sector leads: scraped from external tender portal sources including GOV.UK, Contracts Finder, TED and OJEU. 

• Planning Applications: sourced from 400+ planning authorities.

How to use Marketplace to find relevant construction leads 

Marketplace is included in our paid Marketplace-only and subcontractor compliance memberships. 

To find relevant construction industry tenders for your business, head to the Opportunities Board, and search for the types of works you’re interested in working on. For example, ‘plumbing’. For live work packages, select Premium, then choose between ITT and MI. 

 

Search for opportunities from pre-tender, through to post-tender and contract awarded. If you see one you’re interested in applying to, click ‘Register Interest’, where the Client will respond to your request for further information. 

You can also search for Expressions of Interest by ‘EOI’, to see what tenders could be coming to the market.
