How do I download my Constructionline Certificate? Click the manage compliance tab on the left panel.Click continue and you will be brought to a page that looks like the image above.Click download certificate in the top right corner. How do I add a new user to the Constructionline Platform? Once you have signed in to the platform navigate to the Admin tab on the left-hand navigation.Select ‘Create User’.Add the new user’s details, including first and last name and email.Assign the new users permissions. Explanations of levels of access you can give to a user ID on the right.Once you have selected your permissions, select ‘Create’, the user will receive an email to set their password.For more information, please see our ‘How to’ document. How do I upgrade my Constructionline account? Login to your account and click ‘Membership Centre’. Once there, you will have the menu options below.Click the store.Add the upgrade to your basket and finalise your payment. How do you upload a document when you get this error message? You may get an error message like this when you try to upload a file you have already uploaded for a different requirement. This is because you can’t upload the same document twice. Instead, you will need to use the same document that you have already uploaded. To do this you will need to: Switch off ‘Show Suggestion’ and make sure your screen looks like the image on the right.Select the file instead of uploading it twice, and you won’t get the error message. What does my certificate issue date mean? The date displayed on the certificate represents the exact day when the certificate was downloaded.This means that anyone viewing the certificate can have complete confidence that the supplier was verified that day.As verification status can change from day-to-day, we cannot guarantee verification status for the whole year. It is individual business’s responsibility to keep their requirements up to date and remaining verified.To view the current status of a contractor, login to the platform. Login to the platform Are there Constructionline Van Stickers? Displaying the Constructionline logo shows potential customers you’ve been verified at a recognised industry standard. We can send up to 100 free van stickers corresponding to the membership level you have achieved.
