As a result of our customer feedback, we regularly update the Constructionline and Facilitiesline platform to help you get the most out of your membership and find new business. Please find this month’s updates below. Submitting Financial Documents made easier! The new submission process for uploading financial documents uses OCR to read the documents and automatically complete the population of the required fields in the Financial Section of the questionnaire. All you have to do is check the final results and click confirm, before submitting as usual. Since going live, we have already seen a dramatic improvement in the accuracy and reduction in errors in the few submissions already received. The error rate has reduced from 70% before AI to less than 30%, which is a dramatic reduction, significantly improving the experience for our customers and reducing the amount of additional verifications required to be made.
