Update following announcement from Capita plc.

Capita announced on Jan 31 2018, the disposal of a number of non-core quality businesses including Constructionline, part of Once For All.

Further details will be announced later this year and in the meantime, we will continue to provide the same market-leading third-party accreditation and risk management services to all our clients, customers and partners.
