BidWork will be integrated across Once For All’s UK and France portfolio, which includes Constructionline, Facilitiesline and Attestation Legale. Intelligent and easy-to-use, BidWork is a tendering tool designed to streamline and automate the tender process. It helps estimators and surveyors increase their productivity, enhance the quality and accuracy of bid information, and support deeper collaboration with suppliers. Once For All and BidWork have a number of joint customers, including Tier 1 contractors such as Bowmar and Kirkland. Equipped with advanced AI, the Bidwork tool enables estimators to issue and track tenders directly to accredited suppliers and has become pivotal in the search and selection process. Furthermore, with the acquisition of BidWork and the breadth of suppliers active in the Once For All Marketplace, estimators will soon have the option to source new suppliers during the tender process should they require alternative sub-contractors to support the bid process. The addition of BidWork into the Once For All platform will provide a functionally rich tender management tool across all UK and French schemes. This means BidWork will be available to Constructionline, Facilitiesline and Attestation Legale customers as a core component of the Once For All Marketplace. BidWork founder and CEO Gari Nickson will remain with the business along with Bob Childs, Managing Director, Alex Childs, Commercial Director, as well as the current development and support team members. David Hornsby, Chief Executive of Once For All, said: “We are excited to welcome Gari and his team to the Once For All Group. The acquisition of BidWork represents our ongoing commitment to delivering value for our customers with solutions they need. As such, we will be making BidWork available to all customers on our platform, and our combined solution will transform the tender process for our customers. We can now provide Estimators with market-leading tools to increase productivity and quality, enabling contractors to bid for more projects whilst enhancing chances of success.” Gari Nickson, Chief Executive of BidWork, said: “We are delighted to have been recognised for the AI innovation and value we provide to our customers through BidWork. The opportunity to make BidWork available to all of Once For All’s established customer base is immensely exciting. I look forward to continuing to develop BidWork as part of the OFA team.” Once For All is the European Leader in Supply Chain Compliance and Sustainable Sourcing Solutions for the built environment.
