On-demand Webinar: Who and what does the Building Safety Act apply to?

Who and what does the Building Safety Act apply to?

With the Building Safety Act (BSA) firmly in place, there has recently been a shift towards subcontractors being required to meet the Common Assessment Standard.

This shift is evident in a video message by 12 tier one contractors to their supply chains, urging them to meet this standard by the 1st October 2025. One recognised way to do this is through Constructionline Gold, which aligns with the Common Assessment Standard.

But what is the Building Safety Act? And who does it apply to? We teamed up with Cube Construction Consultants to help you understand more about this critical piece of legislation.

Our Presenters:

We will also be joined by our own Scheme Governance Manager, Tim Briggs, who specialises in the Common Assessment Standard and what is needed to pass.
