Frequently asked questions you may have regarding the updated platform

We’ve put together some commonly asked questions to give you more information on how to access your new Constructionline account. We have also created a knowledge base to give you access to guides and videos to help get you started on the new platform.

I have not received an invitation or have deleted it
  • Go to the password reset page here
  • Enter the email address you’d normally use to access your Constructionline account
  • Click the send verification code button
  • You will receive an email with a 6 digit code. This can take a minute or two to arrive. Check your junk folder as well
  • Put the verification code into the box and click verify code to proceed. If the code has expired or is not valid, please click send new code
  • Once your email address has been verified, click continue
  • Now enter and confirm your new password (passwords should be a minimum of 8 characters and made up of lowercase/uppercase characters, numbers (0-9) and symbols)
  • Login to your account using your email address and your new password, remember to bookmark this login page in your browser for future use
My email address is not recognised when resetting my password

Firstly, you should check with your account administrator that you do have a new user account on the Constructionline platform. If not, your administrator can create a new account for you. For help on how to do this within the new system, please visit our knowledge base for Suppliers, and for Buyers, where we have created a how-to video and guide to walk you through steps.

I can't remember my password

I have followed the steps above but I am still unable to access my account

Are there any training guides or videos available?

Yes. We have created a number of guides and videos to help walk you through the various areas of the new platform, such as:

  • Find and View Suppliers
  • Managing your supply chain
  • Analytics overview
  • Administrator Functionality

Over time, the library of videos and guides will expand, we will also update you when new guides and videos are released.

I have my SSIP with another provider and have a Deem to Satisfy (DTS), why is there an exclamation mark against Acclaim?

As part of your Constructionline membership you now automatically get Acclaim SSIP. As part of our new platform this exclamation point will continue to appear as it highlights that the PQQ for Acclaim hasn’t yet been completed. As you have DTS you can ignore this.

My certificate doesn't have an expiry date?

Your verification status may change at any point throughout the year and so having an expiry date on your certificate may not reflect the current and up to date status. By request, we have removed the expiry date. To view the most up to date status you will need to login to the platform.

I know my work categories are all verified yet I can still see an exclamation point?

Under the work category section you will see the total number of work categories that are unverified and underneath all those that are verified. If all of you categories are verified you will see a Zero against those that are not verified.

Where do update my profile and complete my PQQ?

Go to Manage Compliance>Status>Click show details under Levels.

I have received my invitation but I do not know how to access the new platform

If you received an invitation and have already set up a password for your new account, you can visit our new platform and login.

Remember to bookmark the new login page in your browser for future use.
