Home / Marketplace – Compliance members
Marketplace gives Constructionline compliance members access to thousands of construction opportunities in one place, helping you find relevant projects, connect with main contractors and build your pipeline.
The best part? Marketplace is included in all compliance memberships!
Marketplace is the lead generation platform built into your Constructionline membership. It brings together public sector tenders, planning applications, and exclusive private opportunities in one easy-to-use dashboard, so you spend less time hunting for work and more time winning it.
Instead of spending hours searching different tender portals and websites, Marketplace helps you quickly identify opportunities that are relevant to your business.
Search by the work you do, where you operate and the projects you want to win then save searches, track opportunities and stay on top of important deadlines.

One of the biggest benefits of Marketplace is access to live work packages posted directly by main contractors.
More than 230 main contractors are now using Marketplace to publish work directly to suppliers, giving Constructionline members access to opportunities that may not be available on other platforms.
This gives you a more direct route to real, active opportunities and helps you spend less time searching for work that has already gone elsewhere.
You can also use Market Intelligence to explore upcoming projects, planning applications and wider market activity, helping you identify potential opportunities earlier and plan where to focus your business development efforts.
Find live opportunities today and get visibility of what’s coming next.
Being Constructionline verified helps you demonstrate that your business meets the standards main contractors are looking for. Marketplace helps you take the next step.
The Opportunities Board within Marketplace gives you unlimited access to live construction tenders filtered by location, trade, project value, and CPV category. Whether you’re a groundworks contractor in the South East or a mechanical and electrical specialist in Scotland, you’ll find leads relevant to your business.
Marketplace gives you access to more than publicly available tenders. Main contractors post live work packages directly to Marketplace, giving you access to some of the hottest opportunities on the platform many of which are exclusive to Constructionline members.
Last year alone, 187 main contractors posted live work packages directly to Marketplace, with most exclusive to our platform. These come into Marketplace tagged as ITT or EOIs in the premium tab.
You can also access leads sourced and verified by our UK-based Market Intelligence team, tagged as MI in the premium tab, helping you uncover additional projects and opportunities.
As a paid Constructionline compliance member, you’re eligible to attend our Marketplace Live networking events held across the UK. These are in-person opportunities to meet main contractors and buyers face to face, showcase your compliance credentials, and explore upcoming projects before they’re widely advertised.

“We won work within 1 week of signing up!”
When electrical contractor Elcom Projects wanted to expand its client base and find new opportunities, it turned to Constructionline Marketplace.
Previously, the team had spent time searching Google and Contracts Finder for relevant work. With Marketplace, they were able to search for opportunities based on the type of work they wanted and quickly find a relevant tender.
After just one or two hours of searching, Elcom applied for a large LED upgrade project with Lee Valley Regional Park Authority and within around a week, they found out they had won the work.
For Elcom, Marketplace didn’t just make finding opportunities easier, it helped demonstrate the additional value available through their Constructionline membership.
