COVID-19 Support

We have created this space as a hub of information you and your business may find useful during these uncertain times. You will find links to government advice as well as updates from Constructionline.

Since the beginning of March 2020, we have had a COVID-19 incident management team in place with senior representation from across the Supplier Assessment Services group. This team is meeting regularly in order to oversee our approach. Constructionline remains committed to supporting the construction industry throughout this difficult time. We have taken steps to ensure the safety of our staff and the continued delivery of the services you rely on from our teams. As all our systems are cloud-based, we have no dependency on physical office spaces meaning our service will remain unaffected.

Opening hours

All our staff are remotely working in order to comply with guidelines around social distancing and to protect those in vulnerable groups. This allows us to maintain our service levels during this period.

Opening times will remain as usual;

  • Monday to Friday – 08:30-17:00

New COVID-19 Question Set

At Constructionline we are committed to ensuring all our Suppliers are ready to work and during these uncertain times, this is even more crucial.

Our main contractor group have requested that Constructionline make available a small subset of questions related to the preparedness of Suppliers for the COVID-19 pandemic and to track the ongoing impact of the pandemic on their staff and businesses. These questions will not be assessed or be used to calculate your Constructionline verification status.

This data is shared with the main contractors, the wider construction industry and public health bodies. Giving them greater insight into how the industry is coping and allowing them to track where the COVID-19 standard operating procedure is in place.

By answering this set of questions you are also allowing the main contractors to gauge vital information on how they can best support suppliers during this difficult time.

To complete these questions simply log into your Constructionline account, select the tab ‘Manage Compliance’ on the left-hand side and then select the tab ‘COVID-19’.

The video to your right is the latest TV advert as part of the government’s public awareness campaign, to encourage people to take care with their ‘hands, face and space’ to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

Are Constructionline able to verify during this period?

Yes. All our staff are remotely working in order to comply with government guidelines around social distancing.

This allows our staff to continue to verify your information and maintain service levels during this period.

How long would it take me to get verified during this time?

At present, we’re still processing submissions and verifying information within our Service Level Agreement of less than 10 working days.

If you need any help regarding your profile, we have guides and videos on our Knowledge Base to help you as well as the new ‘Live Chat’ feature on our new platform that allows you to speak to our experts at that moment in time.

How can I contact the customer helpline if your staff are working remotely?

Within our new platform, we have a new ‘Live Chat’ feature that allows you to speak with our experts at that moment in time. Just log in to your profile and select ‘Request Help’ near the bottom right of the screen.
