We’re pleased to introduce our latest feature on the platform for subcontractors answering your questions on Builder’s Profile: Submission recall.
The update helps Main Contractors like you view and assess subcontractors sooner, helping to ease frustration and speed up the assessment process.
Previously, subcontractors who had submitted answers to shared questions may have faced approval delays, impacting your supply chain compliance.
Subcontractors can now recall and resubmit shared questions to the queue for another buyer to approve.
Suppliers have been notified about how to resubmit shared questions on the platform.
The allocated verifier will receive an email to confirm a new submission has been added to their queue.
