Marketplace Publish & Track – Tender Requirements and Responses

Opportunities worth many millions have now been published by Constructionline Buyers to over 15,000 suppliers, using Marketplace Publish. These are opportunities that are a direct result of their membership and profile on Constructionline and many of which are not available anywhere else.

Throughout the continued development and improvement of Marketplace, we have engaged with our valued members to understand how the capability can be improved. One feature that has been requested by our buyers is the ability to upload documents and request information from suppliers applying to Tender and to be able to monitor and receive submissions directly through Marketplace. This enables buyers to manage and complete the tender process with all the information they need in one place.

New updates to Marketplace Publish:

Enables buyers/publishers to add additional questions and request documentary evidence in support of tender response for a given work package opportunity. This extends the functionality to support more of the Source to Contract (S2C) procurement process

This recreates the off-platform equivalent .csv question/answer type approach many buyers/publishers use today but with all the benefits of tracking and compliance data built-in to Constructionline

Tender Requirements can be used in any stage of a work package: EOI, RFI, RFP, RFQ, or ITT

Prospective subcontractors from your supply chain and those that match your requirements are automatically notified when they have been included in a published opportunity, so they can respond to your tender

Track the progress of responses and get feedback from prospective subcontractors and suppliers

View responses and associated documents from suppliers to make informed decisions about which prospective partners to work with
