The new Subscription management function (Manage Account) has now been launched! It has been redesigned and is now named ‘Membership Centre’. This new area of your Constructionline account will provide a much easier experience to do things such as: view past invoices, check your subscriptions and see your billing details.
You can find the Membership centre by logging in to the platform and selecting ‘Membership centre’ from the left-hand menu, highlighted on the image below with a green circle.
Your Subscription tab
Once in the membership centre, you can view ‘Your Subscription’ (Circled in green on the image below) – This provides a simple view of your current subscription, including start/ expiry dates and payment status.
Invoices Tab
Invoices (Circled in green on the image below) – View and download open/unpaid invoices, View and download historical invoices and credit notes and also BACS payment details.
Billing Tab
Billing (Circled in green on the image below) – View and update your billing details, view and update primary contacts and add additional recipients. This is something that couldn’t be done previously!
Login and discover the new feature
We’ve refined the searches by using CPV code matches for all the work categories a supplier has submitted, as well as limiting searches to Public Tenders only. This will result in fewer, but better, targeted notifications for customers.

We have implemented the new version (Version 3.1) of the Common Assessment Standard (CAS) question set in line with our Build UK member’s agreement.
When you next need to update your Constructionline question set at Gold or above, you will now see the updated CAS questions.
