Dashboard Overview

Thanks to feedback from our members, we have developed the new dashboards to make it easier for users to get an overview of their compliance any outstanding issues at a glance.

Each user will be able to customise their dashboard and move around their widgets based on what areas they have access to and what they want to see when they log into the platform.

Over time we will be expanding the range of features and data you will be able to access on this dashboard, but as an initial introduction to this feature you will see:

  • Current membership level and expiry date.
  • Your Compliance Levels
  • Action List
  • Your Compliance for specific Buyers
Video: Dashboards – Overview

Here is a quick walk-through to show you an overview of the new dashboards.

Current membership level

This feature quickly shows you which is your current membership level and expiry date. The manage Subscription link will take you to the membership centre so you can update, make payments or any other changes you require to your membership.

Who can use it:

  • All your internal users can see your membership level and the expiry date
  • Your admin can assign who has permission to see the Subscriptions banner by going to the Admin area and selecting the User Groups tab, then adding you as a user to Subscriptions.

Your Compliance Level

This feature allows buyers to see what actions and issues are outstanding and the resolve link takes the user to to where these can be completed. This makes it easier to manage outstanding issues and keep on top of them.

Who can use it:

  • Only internal users with permission can see Your Compliance Levels
  • Your admin can assign who has permission to see the Subscriptions banner by going to the Admin area and selecting the User Groups tab, then adding you as a user to Supplier.

Actions List

This feature allows you to see what actions and issues are outstanding and the resolve link takes the user to to where these can be completed. This makes it easier to manage outstanding issues and stay compliant.

Who can use it:

  • All your internal users can see the Actions List, but only those with the correct permission can resolve outstanding issues
  • Your admin can assign who has permission to see this widget by adding you to the Supplier User Group in the Admin area.

Your compliance for specific buyers

This feature shows you if you require any upgrades or other issues that need to be resolved to work with particular buyers you work with, showing you:

  • How many buyer connections you have and click the link to view them.
  • How many buyer connections you are verified and not verified for.
  • The view links takes users to the status tab in the Manage Compliance app where the Buyer Connections dropdown list is on the right side. To resolve the unverified status, go to the Issues tab to complete the outstanding requirements.
  • At the bottom you will see a highlight of what membership upgrades are required to work with the buyers you are connected with. The resolve link will take the user to the membership centre to upgrade your membership.

Who can use it:

  • Only users with the correct permissions can see the Your compliance for specific buyers, and they can resolve outstanding issues
  • Your admin can assign who has permission to see this widget by adding you to the Supplier User Group in the Admin area.

How Admins can assign permissions to see widgets

If you are not automatically seeing the widgets you need, you can ask your admin to give you access with these 3 easy steps.

  1. First, they need to click on Admin in the side menu.

2. Next they select the User Groups tab

3.  Then they add you as a user for the Supplier and Subscriptions options.
