We’ve updated ‘Manage Compliance’ in the platform.
Having an up-to-date profile is a great way for you to appear in more Buyer searches. Our new improvements to the ‘Manage Compliance’ area on the platform have made it easier to keep your profile up-to-date and showcase the work you do in the best possible way.
The ‘Overview’ app is your new compliance home and summarises your verification status using your ‘Certification Level’ and ‘Buyer Connections’. From this view, you can easily manage your membership and work categories and download certificates.
The simplified ‘Buyer Connections’ view is now a dedicated page enabling you to review actions required to easily maintain your compliance with Buyers. Outstanding actions are signposted, and you can filter your selection to focus only on those connections that are most important to you. When accessing our new ‘Requirements’ app via ‘Buyer Connections’, only ‘Requirements’ relevant to that connection will be displayed.
‘Requirements’ can be accessed centrally or in the context of the ‘Certification Level’ in ‘Overview’ or from ‘Buyer Connections’. You can complete your submissions here and be updated on actions required to demonstrate Compliance. Help and guidance are available within ‘Requirements’ to educate you on the verification criteria for selected questions.
‘Share Profile’ has been added as a new feature to our ‘Company Profile’ app. Now, you can access a QR code or URL for your profile and share it with potential Buyers. Additionally, you can add them to your website or marketing materials. This will help boost your company’s visibility and promotional reach.
