Exciting updates made to manage and protect your next project:
Suspend Supplier Account feature
We’re pleased to introduce a new feature on the platform: Suspend Supplier Account.
This update enables Main Contractors like you to suspend certain supplier accounts. This aims to reduce the need for further concern or disputes; maybe a subcontractor didn’t complete the work on time, went over budget, caused a Health & Safety incident, etc.
Suspend Supplier Account will be available to Organisation Admin(s) only. Permissions can be adjusted to add any user within your organisation.
This feature marks that the subcontractor’s account has been suspended. This indicates that they should not be used.
Even if there are suppliers not in your supply chain, you can still suspend them from your own segments.
This feature enables users to mark an account as ‘do not use’, even if a supplier is 100% verified.
Click ‘Manage Supply Chain’ on the left-hand side of the portal.Head to ‘Supply Chain’, then ‘Supplier Segments’.Click on the Supplier you want to Suspend, and then the 3 dots (next to ‘Add to Supply Chain’.)Click on ‘Manage Suspension’. Here, you can move suspend the supplier from a specific Org Unit. Click Save.
This will then show ‘Account Suspended’.
