Faster document uploads: Reducing the verification queue process 

We’ve introduced Pre‑Validation for supplier documents on our platform. 

When you upload a document to the platform, we now check it straight away for common issues like: 

  • incorrect document types
  • missing or incomplete information

If there’s a problem, you’ll be prompted to fix it immediately, instead of finding out days later through a rejection. 

Automated pre-check detected expired document dated over 12 months; prompts to replace or continue despite warning.

This means you can benefit from: 

  • Fewer failed submissions: You’re guided through the upload process, with incorrect documents identified before they come to our team 
  • Reduced waiting time: Get feedback faster on documents you’ve uploaded 
  • Less back‑and‑forth: No more waiting for days to receive feedback
